Amelia August

Amelia August graduated from SUNY Purchase, where she studied art, art history, and theater design, both in New York and Florence. Amelia now lives in New York's Hudson Valley, where she teaches children in an outdoor setting. 

Languorous time spent out in the woods during her childhood in Ohio and N.E. Pennsylvania fostered an avid love and imagination for the natural world that continues to inspire her art and observation.
